How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?

We take card protection seriously. All individual cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader, then secured between cardboard inserts to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit.

What is your return policy on sealed products?

Sealed products, such as booster boxes and elite trainer kits, can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the original factory shrink-wrap is completely intact. We cannot accept returns on opened packs or boxes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
